I also was sent the Abyssinia Oil mascara to try from Korres.This mascara is Described as Dramatically volumizing. Ok  so i have never tried any other color in mascara but only Black, and when i saw Plum, i was jumping like a little girl,I am 28 and there is a child in everyone(OK!!), so i grabbed it and applied.It lengthens and I liked it, but I didn't see any thickening of my lashes. I liked that it didn’t clump at all as i coated multiple layers to get the plum-iest color.The formula is thin and hydrating, making it easier than most to layer.

I also liked the brush, it was slender which makes it easy to handle and makes the application a breeze  even at the tightest corner without making a mess. The bristles are good in term of separating my lashes and keeping them curl,it coats my lashes all the way to to tips.

I loved the plum shade. Its fun and funky.i was surprised as Plum looks subtle, and not very purple as a matter of fact.The color is so subtle that you have to look closely in the light to see it .

I am a big fan of gel blushes as they look more flattering on my very warm skin tone.As we know corals are so gonna be in 2010 Trend  this summer so i present you

I was about to pass out when i got HIFI cosmetics package when i came back home from Karachi trip few days ago and first thing i grabbed and tried on my skin was this B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L gel blush

Etsy HIFI cosmetics says:

These can be applied VERY lightly for a sheer wash of color, or you can build for more intense color. Keep in mind these are very concentrated, so when using on the face, use sparingly, or you can end up looking like a clown...unless that's what you're going for!!! :)A helpful hint in using these is to stick with a similar consistency all over the face. Applying any gel product over a powder can cause uneven application and splotchiness, so these work best on moisturized, primed, or bare skin...or over a liquid foundation BEFORE applying powder. Also, as with any gel product, be sure to keep the jar(s) sealed tightly to prevent evaporation and drying out.

I have the color Amore, which is a bright coral with golden flecks
The other colors are Gel Blush Concentrate - GET IT ON (a cool mauve) and Gel Blush Concentrate - RESPECT (RESPECT is a deep reddish bronze. Great for darker complexions!).
which is a beautiful shimmering orange-ish coral with golden sparks. This gel blush is AHMZIING! You only need a tiny bit to get a lovely sheer flush of color or if you want it more dramatic touch you can just layer it.Its very build able.
On the cheeks it’s best to use a small amount first and if needed work up until you get the desired color. I was almost terrified before application because it look so bright in the sample jar, Instead, it's a beautiful coral color; goes on very very sheer and is moisturizing.
It is not too sticky and doesn't dry too quickly so it blends into my skin nicely.
I love it and i wish i had paypal or any method to order rest of the two gel blushes and amore in full size. YES i loved it this much.

I love Eldora Natural lashes B110)lashes! I get the most amazing thick yet natural lashes with these .In my heart i knew i will mess it up a little as i always do, but I managed to get them on second try as you can see the results for yourself on this page.I love how lashes change the whole look , but the trickiest part of any lashes is applying the glue and then getting them right on your own lashes.Its Like a fight for me as i am very messy and i tend to get glue everywhere BUT on lashes *sighs*

I am pretty pleased with the eldora eyelash glue , its  sticky and not messy ( 5 stars from me) it dries fairly quickly which makes is easy to apply.Its a white glue with a whitish blue opal sheen.

tip: i forgot in these pictures but i usually line my upper lash line with a black liquid eyeliner before applying lashes this way ,no one will notice "that "thin band at the base. A black liquid liner  hide that band. .

i usually use a toothpick to apply a speck of glue on the loose edge.I used Q tip once and let me tell you, it was a bad idea.

 The eyelash strip was perfect for my eyes. I didn't need to trim the lashes to fit the length. These lashes have a very natural curl to them,so after they blended perfectly with my natural lashes and gave a very natural look,although they’re still quite long compared to “normal” my eyelashes.I would use them on a daily basis( if i had a life outside my room) and maybe sometimes for special occasions ,I’d be much more likely to wear these during the day ones.

Revlon Pinch Me Sheer Gel Blush-Review

Revlon describes the Pinch Me Cheek Gels as, "Get cheeky! Highlight your cheekbones with a sheer wash of color to create a naturally flushed look. Unique, translucent gel formula is lightweight and easy to blend. Available in an array of 4 flirty and enticing colors."

Revlon Pinch Me comes in four colors: 

• * Playful Pink: this colour looks dark pink with a very faint hint of purple.
• * Peach Afterglow: looks a dewy lovely delicate peach.
• * Cheeky Cherry: delicate rich cherry colour.
• * Plum Flushed: a real plum colour that is a little lighter than Playful Pink.  

 I tried the gel blush in Plum Flushed and the lip stain in Plum Wicked( review = swatch coming soon) and loved both products for the sheer, natural effect they produced on my lips and cheeks.

Revlon Pinch Me Sheer Gel Blush formula is very light weight and easy to blend.This stains looks very dark in the bottle but is sheer and subtle on my skin. Its very build able

How I use:For the gel blush, I put one pump of the  Revlon Pinch Me Sheer Gel Blush on the back of my hand and my middle and ring fingers , i dab the color on my cheeks a little at a time with , building the color slowly. It isn't sticky or heavy. It looks like I just blushed. :)
I have worn this gel blush with foundation and without and both times my cheeks look beautiful.
 I could only find one Con that is badly-designed bottle pump.A big glop comes out when you keep pumping , so its kind of a waste, i usually take off the top and put back the extra in the bottle.

UPDATE:Revlon released their Pinch Me Sheer Cheek Gels in 08 as part of their limited edition. Though it's supposed to be limited edition, there's more than plenty still hanging out on online stores. I bought mine from here 

Fashion Pakistan Week 2010

The event was held with plans to feature 52 designers,49 of them from Pakistan and one each from Malaysia, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates, this event is a follow-up to a first event held in Karachi last November. L’Oréal Paris, the world’s leading beauty brand, was exciting official partnership with Fashion Pakistan Week. 
I have combined few other fashion shows together so my lovely readers get the idea about Pakistan fashion industry

Pakistani fashion designers like Deepak Perwani, Maheen Khan and Shumail presented their creations on the catwalk stunning everyone with their designs. On the first day of the Fashion Week, 11 designers showcased their work, with Sana Safina’s and Zaheer Abbas’ grabbing the limelight.
Other Pakistani fashion designers who presented their creations on Monday were Shakeel Saigal, Rabia, Monia Faruqi, Shahla Rehman and Alize Shah.
A UAE-based fashion designer presented an intriguing collection titled “Veil”.
