For me primers are very important part of my makeup routine. Today i bring you the review of Stageline Silk Veil Pore Minimizer.

Stageline Silk Veil Pore Minimizer Review

I have been using stageline products this past few weeks and honestly i have yet to be disappointed with anything they've send me. I utterly love the packaging of their products esp the blush or lip palettes. One of product which i thought was real adorable was this tiny squeezable tube of Silk Veil, which is pore minimizer. It is very simple and nothing screams luxurious about it but it is very travel friendly. The product itself is in clear gel form. It contains silicon, so like most gel consistency primers; it has a tendency to slide. I take a pea sized amount, and dot it along my t-zone,nose/cheeks area then rub it in with fingers. It comes in an easy squeezable tube which you can squeeze out as much or as little as you wish. You can use it on forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, before applying foundation. I let it set for at least 15 min before i start using foundation .The texture is silky and smooth (due to silicon) . It blends easily but need some time to absorb and dries to smooth semi matte finish helping to reduce and control the amount of oil on the face. Since it is silky,i do apply it to the under eye area, which makes under eye concealer application much more easier and makes it not get cakey. I have a dry skin, so i do use moisturizer beforehand. Once blended and set , the face feels so incredibly smooth and even, and it fills in pores and fine lines. It makes foundation go on much more smoother and effortlessly. It goes really well with my dry-combination skin but for oily skin .But end of the day , i felt a need of quick blot depending on the weather/temeprature.Currently it has replaced my mostly used primer benefit Benefit Cosmetics The POREfessional (Review here)

Overall: As with most primers, a little goes a long way.Once blended and set , the face feels so  incredibly smooth and even, and it fills in pores and fine lines. It makes foundation go on much more smoother and effortlessly.It also help your makeup last much longer throughout the day.It goes really well with my dry-combination skin but for oily skin i dont think it will absorbs enough greasiness/ oil on the face and by the end of the day ,their face may look oily.It is perfect product for dry-combination skin types as well as whoever have pore issues.

I have seen a tarte blush palette (pin up blush palette) floating on instagram , It is very me , but there is no confirmation of release date of infact any details so far . So far its being said that Pin-Up Girl blush palette includes 2 embellished hair pins. $42US/$50CAN. It is said to be released in October. 

I will update the blog once i hunt for some information . I do have lorac pro palette on my wishlist but considering i hardly touch any eye shadow , i might skip it , but that is toooo pretty to miss.

I don’t know it took me so long to review this lipstick. I have had it for quite some time and even I photographed it more than 4-5 months ago. I am a sucker for lipsticks, I love my mac or ysl but it doesn't stop me from trying affordable brands like essence or rimmel. I saw Essence Long Lasting Lipstick first on essence Pakistan’s Facebook page and was instantly drawn to the couple of shades including Essence Long Lasting Lipstick in coral calling.

EssenceLong Lasting Lipstick - longlasting love… you simply have to fall in love with the longlasting lipsticks by essence. the lipsticks provide your lips with intensive color for several hours without drying them out. you’re sure to find whatever you’re looking for – from bright pink to intensive red and chilled-out berry to subtle nude shades. the essence logo on the texture and the matt, black packaging with a ring of color to match the actual color of the lipstick are true eye-catchers! 

I love essence as a brand, absolutely love their  nail polishes, gel eyeliner, eye pencils and etc. but I wasn’t a big fan of their lipstick. I had tried the shade all about cupcake and it was bit too balmy for me. So I was excited to get my hands on these babies and the packaging was too adorable to ignore them. The lipstick comes in a matte black pancaking with a border of same shade as the lipstick around it. The bullet of lipsticks looks very fancy with engraved "e" on it. 
The formula of the lipstick is creamy and applies easily . But the pigmentation is not on the intense side, but still buildable and almost takes 2-3 swipes for me. It is perfect for summers days . when you don't want to wear something heavier on the lips .I feel this shade will suit a variety of complexions.I am not into coral lips but this shade is too pretty to keep your hands off to. It applies glossy and have a balmy feel to it to but lips feel very soft and moisturized. It is also slightly scented and leaves a slight stain behind.The lipstick claims to be long wearing which honestly i didn't find true and formula is not definitely matte.
