Rimmel's Lasting Finish Primer visibly blurs and minimizes pores and imperfections. This primer helps skin look instantly smoother and appears brightened.
This is
currently my favorite foundation primer. I have dry skin and what I have
noticed that this is more on the creamy side rather than silicon. It applies
and absorbs easily into my skin and leaves a smooth, soft finish for foundation
application. I have noticed that it does minimize the look of my pores. But I am
not sure how it will work on the people with larger pores or imperfections. It
is perfect for my skin type because it is hydrating primer , it preps the skin
for the smooth workable canvas and I love the end result and I can see myself repurchasing
another tube as soon as I run out of this .But great a smooth, soft workable
canvas.
But if you
looking for a primer to give a matte finish or reduce the appearance of larger
pores, this might be not for me.

I love this
foundation! It gives the right amount of coverage, easily to blend with
fingers, brush of a beauty blender and above all doesn’t make you look cakey. When
initially applied, it gives a dewy base without being greasy which after a
while sets to a satin finish. . My skin is not typically very greasy though but
during the summer days or if I am wearing makeup for extended period of time like most I do get an oily T-zone, I am very sensitive
to sun exposure and having SPF in any face products is very important and a big
plus for me. With
SPF 20 skin is moderately protected for a short time, but important
none-the-less. The formula contains Vitamin E, leaving skin feeling soft.
Rimmel Lasting Finish 25hr Nude Foundation makes
my faces looks natural and gives a healthy glow. It applies to an even/smooth
medium coverage that does truly last. Maybe not 25 hours but lasts approx. 8-9
hours on me.The foundation comes in a heavy glass bottle, with a pump which is of
course so convenient and the pump delivers just enough products.

This is one of
least reached out product in this range for me. Because I feel that the
marriage between primer and foundation works so well for me that I keep ignoring
it. But the powder provides light-medium buildable coverage. It did not
irritate or accentuate my dry skin. If can be used alone if you have clear skin
or over the foundation like I do for the touch ups. The packaging is sleek and simple. It is
perfect to carry around in your bag. I received shade warm honey, which is tad
bit on tanned side but still workable.This is ideal for those wanting to finish
their foundation routine with a light powder, AND those looking for a decent
powder to provide great coverage on it's own.
