Hello! I am Sarah and i am a Kajal-holic. There
I Said It . If you ask me that What one makeup itemi cant live with out is ? My reply was, is and will always be : Kajal . Thats how much i
love a good kajal. With time i have collected
f/bought/experimented with few . I have loved some , hated some and well
i still want more. But when i see a promotion of a new kajal being launched , my heart start pounding , and i know i have to hav it. So this is the case when i saw the Indian tv commercial of Maybelline Colossal Kajal , I couldnt wait to get it . So originally i bought the indian version before it was launched in Pakistan and O'boy i am glad that it was launched because i have seen girls buying this yellow pencil triple the original price.
Add
intense drama to your eyes with the blackest black eye kajal from
Maybelline. A pencil kajal that gives bold lines, glossy shine and
glides on smoothly. Get that perfect ‘smokey eyes look’ like never
before!
So the yellow packaging really stands out , and i have heard my family / friends calling it yellow kajal pencil ( true story ). The Maybelline Colossal Kajal comes in a yellow twist pencil with bold contrasting black letters. I personally find the twist up pencils so much easier to travel with as there is need not sharpen. Now lets talk about the performance , It is not the blackest black , but this kajal gives a nice intense black pigment. It is completely matte and it didnt irritae my eyes. and draws on the waterline as well as on upperlashline with out ant tugging or dragging. The pencil is more easier to use on the waterline rather than on the lashline if i am making any sense. It stays almost 3-4 hours on my waterline , which is alright i think but if you have watery eyes , i might not stay put . But the best part is that it doesnt smudge , it gradually fades away . so Hurray no Raccoon eyes. It works much better as liner, and you need agood makeup remover to take off the remaining traces at the end of the day
