What i ordered ?
After browsing from hours,i setted for this very elegant piece from firdous lawn Black & White Lawn Suit 4B
This is a 3 piece suit with a lawn duppata. The price when i shopped was rs .1,880 . I had gift voucher of 1500, and for rest of amount i chose COD ( i was asked to pat rs 150 for cash collection charges). My order arrived within 2 days of confirmtion. I got a call next day , informing me that COD isnt available in ryk, and i have to choose another payment method. It was bit odd because on the website, it wasnt mentioned that cash on delievry is available in few selected cities. Anyways i agreed to deposit the amount through bank transfer BUT they still asked me to pay Cash Collection Charges: Rs.150 Shipping & Handling Charges: Rs.150 . I was annoyed , if i am not being offered COD ,why charge for 150/-?? When i inquired, the customer services person told me that order over 900 has to pay this amount .(?) OKAY !! so what are they taking shipping charges for ? It was all so confusing and i wanted to get my order asap, i didnt try to get in to details.
