Inexpensive Makeup Find - Glamorous Face Sensuous Rouge Lipsticks in #5,#13 & #15

I love finding little gems like Glamorous Face Sensuous Rouge Lipsticks (Rs175 /-)  in the small shop in my home town. I have read so much much about their eyeshadow palettes. So when i saw these pretty shade at the most affordable price i thought i should give them a try.  I picked up three of the lipstick. They dont have name but numbers.

  •  Sensuous Rouge Lipsticks #5 is a Brown pink with shimmer
  •  Sensuous Rouge Lipsticks #13 is a blue-based bright pink ( This one caught my eyes first , reminded me of MAC candy yum yum)
  •  Sensuous Rouge Lipsticks #15 is a berry toned red
For the price the packaging isnt bad at all. The shades i own are all matte . Now on to the actual part which is texture I wish the formula was little more creamy and smooth. It is little hard so it drags while applying the lipstick on lips. You can warm up the lipstick by rubbing between the palms but it wont make a huge difference. The formula is also kind of drying . I suggest using a lip balm before the lipstick.I usually find matte lipstick a hit or miss. Its is still better than the few i own like i didnt like the formula of Sleek makeup matte lipstick when i got the berry collection .The other thing i dont understand is the scent of the lipstick. The two have the most awful perfum-ish scent which was such a turn off for me. But one had a nice cocoa kind of scent which was nice. So i dont understand why the difference in scents. The lipsticks have amazing pigmentation. I think the formula might perfom better in hot summer days . Over all i am pretty happy with the shades i got,i dont mind the drying fromula , but i cant stand the weird scent . They last 4-5 hours on me.

I am still recommending these lipsticks to those who like matte lipsticks and like to try different shade without burning a hole in their pocket. But if you cant stand scented lip products or prefer creamier lipstick you may want to stay away or its just rs 175 so give it a try.

OPI Strawberry Margarita - NOTD

Opi nail polishes ! how much i love you thee ,How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I hate applying nail polish on my right hand . To be honest i always mess it up and re apply like 3-4 times. But its not the case with this beautiful OPI Strawberry Margarita which is perfect bright pink creme polish with just a touch of a blue undertone. I got this last year when a lovely blogger friend Rabeeyah helped me buy few of OPI polishes from Karachi. It is part of OPI permanent collection now but i have read that it was originally released with OPI Mexico collection back in 2006. My hands love it because it is almost a one coater but i prefer applying two. I love the opi nail polish brushes, because they are wide enough , yet perfect for neat application. It is fun , girlish , very spring/summer shade.

You can buy OPI nail lacquers at Alfatah , DHA and online you can find them at Just4girls.pk

MAC Paint Pot in Indianwood - Review, Photos, Swatch & EOTD

MAC paint pot Indianwood 5 g / 0.17 fl oz US$18.50 / Rs2650 at just4girls.pk is a metallic antiqued bronze (frost) . MAC paintpot is highly pigmented eye colour that goes on creamy but dries to an intense, vibrant finish. Long-wearing, colourfast. Creates seamless coverage without weight or caking. Blends smoothly over the lids. Cream-based, can be mixed with M·A·C shadows and liners. Indianwood paintpot is a gorgeous antique gold/bronze shade which is quite warm with yellow and hint of orange undertones .The finish is a shimmery. I am MAC NC35 and it appears more gold on my lids. The shimmer is so finely milled that they give metallic effect not chunky at all.The shade is very beautiful and will suit Pakistani /Indian skin tones. Its perfect to use on desi weddings.

I have read so much about the MAC paintpots that i knew that i need to get my hands on few of them, Rebenesque being the first one ,But instead i fell in love with this gorgeous shade of gold. I like to wear this color on it's own, as it's very pigmented, or with a slightly darker colour just in the crease. You can see the look i did in the photo below, Just the indianwood on the entire lid, a matte brown in the crease and lots of liner and mascara. I prefer using a good eyeshadow base like UDDP or TFSI , before i apply indianwood on the lids because after couple of hours it has tendency to crease on oily lids, If you have oily eyelids like me then i will suggest priming the lids before hand.It glides smoothly onto your skin, I find the texture better than the Dangerous curve paintpot . that blends really nicely onto the lids, but once it's set, it stays all day. I prefer  using my fingers but flat synthetic brush will work just fine. It  has wonderful pigment and applies beautifully .Since it is very creamy and pigmented, one pot of this awsomeness will last a long time. It can be used to create different looks, You can use it on its own or as a base for different eye shadows like golds/Bronze ,Red ,green for bridal look ,browns and many more. For some people the packaging is bulky but i personally love it. You see i have butter fingers and it slipped out of hands couple of times and phew ! It is still in perfect condition .I store them upside down , i read somewhere that if you store them upside down (label sticking up).Since it is a cream products, you have to make sure to close the lid tightly or else they will dry up rather quickly.

bronze-goddess Inspired EOTD

This is my favorite paintpot , other two i own are LE, This is going to last me a long, long long time, but if it ever dries out, will i repurchase ?? Definitely Yes , i will. They are little pricy but they last a long time, i have had mine for a year . It work great as base or alone and i find the shade quite versatile .
