First thing anyone will notice about these lipstick is packaging .It comes in very luxurious ,expensive looking golden box with signature Color Studio Professional black sleeve. You need to slide the golden part to get the lipstick out, which i find very a unique idea. The tubes which lipstick comes in also very durable and once you take off the cap , you will notice the gold theme going on. I don't know why but they remind me of MUFE forever lipsticks .
The shades i have are from two different families- Cool toned pink & warm pinkish brown.I have to say Asia (Pink toned brown) is my favorite , reason being that it looks much better on my medium skin tones compared to pink nova (cool toned pink) But both shades have super pigmented formula. Color Studio Professional New Pure Matt Lipsticks give opaque color with just one coat and wear comfortably for hours.The lipsticks applies smoothly. I will recommend moisturizing your lips prior to application for any matt lipsticks , but some shades can be forgiving compared to others.The lipsticks are matt but still have little bit of shine . Some matte lipstick tend to look so dry on lips , but this is not the case with Color Studio Professional New Pure Matt lipsticks .
Did i mention I love the vanilla scent ?? Its very intoxicating.
Pink Nova
tends to be a little dry and do emphasize the creases in my lips. But
the shade is beautiful and fair skin tones can rock this shade easily.
Asia is
beautiful MLBB shade, which is perfect for everyday use. The formula is
amazing , it glides like a dream on lips and doesn't accentuate fine
line.
Both shades lasts 4-5 hours on me but staying power depends upon person to person.
Both shades i got were very smooth and creamy to apply on lips .But since most of creamy lipstick tends to shift and start to look patchy in areas when you press your lips together or roll your
lips , so
that’s one of the problems you might experience with lighter shades if you have pigmented
lips.The downside to matte lipstick is that it can leave your lips dry sometimes , But you can dab lip gloss into the center of you bottom lip and then gently press your lips together.The color stays so true for hours and hours without fading or feathering.

- The lighter shades may accentuate the fine line
