NOTD Clarity Nail polish Purple

I am loving this shade of purple, i was in lahore last month and i saw this pretty color in DHA. there were couple of other bright intersting colors , i so wanted to have them but company's name was very new and unfamiliar , i avoid buying unfamilair nail or makeup brand here because in nail polish case they can be too watery to apply and takes ages to dry , i came back home without purchasing but i had second thoughts and i thought for the price , what the heck i should get it , so i bought two of their shades, i love the color perfect for winters, it was not "that" watry , but consistency was bit  thin but didnt take ages to dry , i love the color.its shiny ,glossy and oh so bright .would i be buying more of this range?? well perhaps yes , if i find sum brilliant colors .

Maybelline Mono eyeshadow Emerald City EOTD

I am loving purples , greens , lavender, emerald and all bright colors this seasons.

 

i saw maybelline 's emerald(Long-lasting and crease resistant.) and i knew i have to have it . its super gorgeous and i loved it, it has tiny little green shimmer in it which i realy liked.Its not "highly pigmented".

here i am wearing emerald city on upper lid and nothing else, i jus swept it as it was 6 am in the morning , and

on lower lid i have cream shadow n emeralish olive green glitter shadow.

i didnt have my camera so i tool it my nokia N95 so pardon me with the crappy result in few of pics,

i wil took individual photographs of emerald city and glitter too and swatched them

love my eyelashes , don't they look fab ? i used bourjouis clubbing mascara in black. i only uploaded below picture to show the amazing curve and bit of volume . this mascara is so far my favourite and while writing this it came to m y mind that i should be doing a separate post on my mascaras. hmph...sooon i suppose

i also bought two bourjois lipsticks, i gotta try them too, havent have time to go through my new makeup.. yes yes i bought few lovely items.

We all love gossip girl and we all( err um well most of us) love leighton meester aka Blair Waldorf who is playing

hopeless romantic who idolizes Audrey Hepburn, classic movies and upscale traditions, but whose sensitive side often clashes with her tendency to be bitchy and controlling.

★ At KIIS FM's Jingle Ball in Los Angeles, Leighton Meester looked stunning ,

Adore the loosely pulled back hair and smokey eyes and rose-tinted lips combo ,

  According to In Style, Dean Bryant created Leighton’s look by brushing espresso shadow up to the crease and blending it towards the tail of the eyebrow with a small brush. He then lined the top lash line with black eyeliner and blended that outwards as well. To finish, dark brown pencil was applied on the bottom lash line and smudged upwards, with a final touch of fake lashes.. some say its too Angelina Jolie look , some say its kind of sheila e 80's inspired

look , but whatever and who ever it was, i am totally in to this Winged Eye Shadow look now, gotta try it.
