Beauty UK Posh Pout “Power to the Purple” Review

It’s been a while since I reviewed any of Beauty UK products. Few years ago when I discovered the brand, then I've tried a few products from Beauty UK, I fell in love with the beautiful mint nail polish by Beauty UK salon professional range. It’s still the best jade nail polish I own and how I loved the minty scent of Beauty UK lipstick. I am back with a new review and it’s yet another drugstore version of chubby stick.

Beauty UK Posh Pout comes in a vibrant twist up chubby crayon with a transparent lid which shows the shade inside. but I am not a fan of transparent lid , because at times the lipstick gets smeared onto the clear plastic lid while opening .The mechanism is same, you twist up and apply to the lips.The size is perfect to throw into your makeup bag for easy touchups. 

The shade I own is Power to the purple , which is nowhere near purple but in fact a deep sheer pink with slight shimmer to it.The finish is glossy ,and after 30 mins or so becomes more satin .It applies smoothly and you don't need to go over and over again to get the color. The posh pout has a scent, Its not entirely minty and its really faint But its still there. Beauty UK Posh Pout “Power to the Purple” has a smooth, moisturizing texture, with a hint of color.They stay on lips for almost 1.5 hours and then fading into slight stain which washes away with eating or coffee/tea. These are pretty damn moisturizing so you can use these as alternative to lipbalms .

If you loved revlon kissable lip stains but disliked the strong mint flavor or you want something little more pigmented than a daily lipgloss then these drugstore chubby sticks might win your heart. Beauty UK Posh Pout “Power to the Purple” has a smooth, moisturizing texture, with a hint of color.
