NYX Trio Eye Shadow Barely There/Champagne/Rootbeer - Review , Swatch & EOTD

I have always wanted to try the nyx cosmetics eyeshadow trios. They look so cute and perfect for traveling . Aren't you tried of reading about me and my traveling yet ?. So anyways this year when my bother asked me order / buy anything i want with his credit card as birthday present , so i made a small porkdaisy order . I have had a tough time deciding which eyeshadow palette to get NYX Trio Eye Shadow or NYX 10 Color Eyeshadow Palette in Haute Model ? After bit researching i went with NYX Trio Eye Shadow Barely There/Champagne/Rootbeer .

This palette has three awsome Colors : 

    Barely there is an off-white color with hint of yellow and a bit of shimmer. ( Possible MAC Nylon dupe)
    Champagne is a pale peachy color with hint of orange (Possible MAC All that Glitters dupe)
    Root Beer is a taupe grayish shade (Possible MAC Satin Taupe dupe) 

Can i say these colors are gorgeous ?! I mean look at them , how wearable they are. These three eyeshadow works really well together.  These colors go silky smooth ,butter soft and blend easily . After sleek makeup i divine palettes , nyx palettes are my second favorite in drugstore brands. I like the pigmentation and creaminess of them.

Packaging wise , Nyx trio eyeshadow comes in sturdy black packaging which says for sexy babe eyes only ( really!?) . It also has a decent size mirror which is good for quick touch ups. I have seen where bloggers/ you tube gurus recommended that these eyeshadow pans are perfect size to depot and place into the MAC palettes.

 

I did this quick look using Barely There  on the inner corner & Champagne on the crease  blended them together and Rootbeer applied lightly to the crease of the eye and heavy liner  creates a beautiful final touch.

I paid $5.36 for this trio , and i will for sure say that for the price, NYX cosmetics is an excellent choice with a great range of colors and finishes , i read they come in matte, shimmery and pearly shades. The only con is that I had to order on-line . You can buy nyx cosmetics from Porkdaisy and Cherry Culture as well. These both sites ship internationally .
