BlackHead Removal: Home Made Remedies

*This Post is for you Alvira*
Who says, having a clean and clear skin is a costly affair? If you do not want to spend your hard earned money on expensive scrubs, gels, creams, strips and extractors to remove blackheads, here come the best home remedies to cure your blackheads.
Whether you are removing blackheads with a special blackhead remover or with a simple cotton ball, one thing is for certain...they can be easily removed as long as you know what you are doing. Just remember to not apply too much pressure, and properly clean and soften the face before attempting to remove the blackhead. Whatever you do, do not pick at your blackhead, this will only create more of a problem.

Fenugreek (Methi in Urdu and Hindi)
Fenugreek is a powerful anti-blackhead herb. To cure your blackheads crush some fenugreek leaves and make a paste with water. Apply this on the affected area, say face, for about 10 minutes. And rise with lukewarm water. This will curtail blackhead growth. For clear skin, free from blackheads, apply this paste every night before bed.

    Curd
Mix 1 teaspoon of curd and rice flour to make a paste. Apply it on the blackhead affected area. And wash your face with cold water.

Baking Soda & Water
a) This is a blackhead extraction method. By mixing equal amounts of baking soda and water, make a solution and rub it for few minutes. Now wash off with luke warm water and some of your blackheads would be removed.

Honey
Honey is really good for your skin. If you apply warm honey on the affected area and wash it after 10 minutes, you will benefit a lot. Honey will act as a natural peel to your blackhead affected skin. Besides, removing blackheads, it will also improve your skin.

Honey and cinnamon powder
Make a paste by mixing 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a bowl. Apply this paste on the blackheads before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeating this for two weeks will remove blackheads

Fuller's earth(multani mutti),, glycerin soap and almond powder
Put in the exact ratio of 1:2:4, fuller's earth, glycerin soap, and almond powder in warm water to make a smooth paste. Now put it over your blackheads. Keep it for some time and then wash of.

Or instead, mix a pinch of glycerin soap with table salt and apply it on your blackheads. Within a week, you will notice the good results.
   Lemon Juice
a) Lemon is another gift from nature to have an ever shiny skin. Squeeze a piece of lemon to get its juice, and put it directly on the affected areas. Repeat this twice-thrice a day. It will clear your skin of blackheads by tightening your pores.

Potatoes
This one works against your pimples, wrinkles, whiteheads and blackheads! Just grate one potato and apply it directly on the problem area. It is that simple!

Tomato

Put a rub of tomato pulp on pimple, spot or blackhead, before going to bed. Leave on until the morning, then wash face. It will be dreid up at tomato has a natural antiseptic property within it.

 Blackhead removal Strips
Blackhead removal strips are readily available and are easy to use. Some of the blackhead removal products works to remove your black head, although it's not 100 % percent effective.  I have used Ponds and Rivaj Nose Pore Cleansing Strips , Ponds wae useless but i loved the Rivaj Nose Pore Cleansing Strips .I read good things about biore strips too.
*Read My Rivaj Nose Pore Cleansing Strips review

Steaming
Steaming is also beneficial as it opens and softens the pores for easy removal of blackheads.

Green Tea Scrub
To loosen the blackheads use a face scrub of Green Tea.Some people use green tea as an exfoliator that can help get rid of blackheads

Blackheads often appear on the nose, under the eyes or on cheeks, and they can make a seemingly even complexion look flawed. They’re the result of clogged pores, so it’s important to keep your face clean and moisturized, but you can get rid of blackheads if you already have them.
